Nine en-suite bedrooms are available in the house, six of these have French windows out on to a terrace, giving the full panoramic view over the estuary (a bird watchers paradise). Each room is individually decorated and furnished and contains masses of magazines, books and board games, along with all the facilities one would expect to provide a 'home from home'.

CHRISTMAS 3 DAY BREAK 2012
The Christmas 3 Day Break will commence on Saturday 24th December 2012. Guests arrive in time for Afternoon Tea, then a 3 course dinner in the evening from our A la Carte, Grill or Christmas Party menu. Breakfast on Christmas Day is followed by a 7 course Gala Christmas Day Lunch at 12.30 for 1.00pm. A light supper is served in the candlelit bar by the fireside in the evening.
Breakfast on Boxing Day and dinner from any of our menus in the evening. Guests depart on 27th December after a hearty breakfast. A very relaxed Christmas, real fire in the bar and lots of walks right on the doorstep.

The cost of a 3 night break is £390.00 per person for sea facing twin/double bedded rooms or £370.00 per person for our standard double bedded rooms. This price includes dinner, bed, breakfast, light cream tea every day, dinner on 24th and 26th December, Gala 7 course lunch on Christmas Day and light supper on Christmas night.

A deposit of £100 per room is required at the time of booking. Cancellation Insurance is advised as full cost of the room will be charged if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
